Guarantee & Return Policy
Simply put, we guarantee
your satisfaction in our products. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with one
of our products simply return it where you purchased
it, call us to make return arrangements and recieve
your RMA (returned merchandise authorization)
number. We may ask you to describe why the product
didn't meet your satisfaction. (Used to improve
our customer service and product research.) Product
returns are accepted for 30 days upon reciept
of product.

Shipping
Your order is processed without delay and all
available merchandise is shipped within 48 hours.
Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery
of items not in stock or delivery of items to
International destinations. All orders are shipped
by Canada Post within North America or your carrier
of choice for International destinations. Where
possible shipping charges will be collected by
the carrier upon delivery (C.O.D.) Credit Cards
are charged when your order is shipped.
Credit card orders will be shipped within
48 hours. Invoice orders will be shipped when
your cheque or money order clears our bank. If
the item you ordered is not in stock at the time
you place your order, it will take 10-15 business
days for your back ordered item(s) to arrive.
Back ordered items will follow original order
with no additional shipping charges.
